Career police leader Ron Bayne founded Church for Cops, LLC., to improve police leaders, organizations, and the law enforcement profession. Having provided leadership training to thousands of police personnel from all 50 states for nearly a decade, the concept of Church for Cops was born out of an identified void in true leadership in police organizations.

Law Enforcement Consulting Services

Ron’s mission is to make law enforcement better each day through the attendees of his training. Law enforcement leaders graduate training feeling as enthusiastic about the profession as the day they began their careers. Attendees are given the tools to be resilient to handle the challenges they face, better serve their communities, and focus on building a positive culture in their organizations through their leadership. Arizona agencies host Ron's azpost courses

Ron developed a 4-day curriculum designed to target newly promoted law enforcement leaders or those seeking promotion. Originally titled the Basic Leadership Academy offered by Arizona Peace Officer Standards & Training, the course has been rebranded Front Line Leadership. This course is ready for agencies to host and is POST approved in numerous states. It is being regularly offered by AZPOST, the Los Angeles Police Professional Development Institute, and other agencies.
